We hired Gary to replace the existing roof on our home that was about 22 years old. Gary did a comprehensive inspection of the roof, chimney, and gutters. He provided a detailed written estimate up front. He arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job installing the new roof and corrected problems with the flashing that was poorly installed by another contractor when the home was originally built. He carefully checked the condition of the existing plywood and replaced any sheets that were weather damaged. He left the job site immaculately clean and even did a sweep for loose nails on the ground with a magnet tool when finished.
